myQA.team provides an AI-powered quality management platform designed for Quality Managers and compliance professionals. Our services include:

• Audit Assistant for field-based audit capture and report generation
• Video Learning for automated training video creation from compliance documents
• Report Generator for professional compliance report creation

All AI features process data through an anonymization layer to protect personally identifiable information.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with unauthorized users
• Use the platform only for lawful, quality-management-related purposes

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform

5. Intellectual Property

The myQA.team platform, including its design, logos, features, and underlying technology, is the property of SnapReport and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the requested services.

6. Data Ownership & Privacy

Your quality data remains yours. We do not claim ownership over your audit reports, training materials, or any other content you create using our platform. All data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with GDPR requirements.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security purposes with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, myQA.team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our AI-generated outputs are intended as professional aids and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before being used in official compliance documentation.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the member state in which SnapReport is established. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before taking effect.
